This is a new event for 2024 and whilst there is no Tote we think it's a safe bet that it's going to be a winner! The Dark Horse Brocante will be held at Fakenham Racecourse where with the exception of the two world wars there has been uninterrupted racing since 1905. It has always had royal patronage and with Sandringham just half an hour down the road that isn't surprising. The current patron is Charles III and his grandmother the late Queen Mother attended on several occasions. The Norton fields where we will be holding the Brocante are perfect with access via the Pudding Norton gate which is just a short distance from the main A1065 Swaffham to Fakenham Road. Fakenham is just half an hour from Wells and the North Norfolk coast. Norwich is just 45 minutes away, 40 mins to Kings Lynn, an hour to Bury St. Edmunds, 1hr 30 to Peterborough and Cambridge .
The Brocante will run from 9:00 - 3:00. There will be 50 plus curated antique, vintage and artisan sellers at the Brocante, along with food to go. Admission to the Brocante is £3 per person accompanied under 14 free, dogs on leads welcome. Disabled faciities and parking available.
