'The Walled Garden Brocante', East Raynham.
The Walled Garden at Raynham was built in the 18th Century as part of the Raynham Hall estate the seat of the Townshend family for over 400 years. It is unusual because of its Trapezoidal shape, the longest wall being south facing. Roughly in the middle of the 5 acre garden is the 'Gardener's Cottage', fronted by a glasshouse where Pineapples used to be grown for the Hall. Steeped in history and sheltered from the elements it is the perfect setting for a Brocante and we are really excited to add this North Norfolk venue to our 2023 events calendar.
